Strategic planning of commercial redevelopment and addressing the environmental issues associated with sites is critical for a successful Brownfield redevelopment. Through our experience, SM&E has established a reputation and working relationship with staff in the US EPA Region 4 Brownfields Program and the GA EPD Brownfields group.
